Registration and Licensing

The Company launched in 1999 and in the same year at 27 April got state registration certificate.

The Company has been licensed for professional activity in securities market by the following licenses:

• BG0011 - license for brokerage activity, given in 02/02/2001,
• PG0054 - license for custodial activity, given in 04/03/2005,
• HKG061 - license for trust management, given in 22/11/2006,
• 33 - license for foreign currency transactions, given in 28/07/2000

On 27 Jun 2008 the Company was registered and licensed with license for providing investment services.

In the scope of this license we can offer our customers the following sevices provided in securities market.

Principal investment services:

1. receiving and transferring assignments from customers regarding transaction with securities;
2. on the Company's behalf and on the behalf of the Customer and at the expense of the Customer making transactions with securities;
3. providing consultancy to customers regarding the investments in securities;
4. executing transactions with securities on the Company's behalf and on its own account;
5. carrying out best efforts and firm commitment underwriting of securities.

Non-principal investment services:

1. custody of securities;
2. provision of lending to customers for transactions with securities provided that the lender is a party to such transaction;
3. provision of services in connection with organization of issuance and distribution of securities;
4. provision of advisory services to companies on structure of capital, corporate strategy, reorganization of companies, and other services;
5. implementation of foreign currency sale/purchase dealer transactions;
6. development and dissemination of researches, financial analysis and other general investment proposals related to securities transactions.

On 27 May 2010 the Company got brand name registration certificate. You can find the copy of the certificate in armenian version.
